Beth Martinez

I’m currently a freshman at Arizona State University, majoring in Project Management, with plans to grow my career in spaces that value thoughtful collaboration, creative problem-solving, and meaningful work.

Before returning to school, I built a career in fast-paced, people-first roles that sharpened my skills in communication, coordination, and systems thinking. I’ve led teams, supported clients, and helped turn complex processes into something clear, manageable, and human.

Right now, I’m looking for opportunities to keep learning, contribute meaningfully, and support teams doing creative, purpose-driven work—whether that’s in the arts, tech, or somewhere in between.
